Borrowed from the professional kitchen for our kamado: the fiberglass gasket, also known as the glassfiber gasket. Unlike traditional felt, you'll hardly ever need to replace this gasket, and the lid closes much more smoothly too.
Fiberglass is easy to clean and extra durable. The gasket contains a copper sleeve that maintains its shape and ensures a perfect, airtight seal.

The stainless steel Smart Qooking frame lets you cook at different levels at the same time. Slide grates and heat deflectors exactly where you need them and combine direct grilling with indirect cooking in a single session.

At the bottom sits the stainless steel charcoal basket. Its open structure pushes air around the coals, so your kamado heats up faster and burns more steadily. Refresh it simply by lifting the basket out.
